All Personal Training sessions with Jordan Rowe are 55 minutes located at 5718 Patterson Ave. in Richmond, VA. Each session begins with a 5 minute full body warmup routine., the bulk of our workout taking up 45 minutes, and we will end our session with a cool-down for stretch + review. Workouts are programmed with progressive overload in mind, keeping track of every exercise as we become stronger, faster & healthier.

Our time together goes beyond our sessions in the gym. My goal for each relationship is to ensure you never feel alone or helpless along your fitness career. I will always be available for questions, motivation, support, & advice outside of studio hours. Expect weekly check-ins and updates to your program to help stay on track with your goals + quarterly community fitness/health events! Access to Open Gym is available to all personal training clients outside of our sessions together.
