I have oodles of passion for: movement, nutrition, and squeaking more joy into everyday life. When I finally came to understand movement as a means of energizing myself and food as a way to fuel myself.. my life changed a lot. Helping others along that path has been a joy for me ever since then!
Some fun facts: - Yellow is my favorite color.. it’s bright, it’s happy, and it says, “let’s get this party started!” - Empowering women to confidently move a barbell is my FAVORITE. - I also work as an Occupational Therapist in a trauma hospital. I love dancing along the full spectrum of functional capacity. Spending some of my day helping patients return to daily life, and other parts of my day maximizing strength, power, and endurance is really incredible. - I have a yellow lab (Sullivan Phillip) who is ‘the best boy.’ He PRs his fetch record every single day.
Fitness has been a journey for me, too. I didn’t find an athletic bone in my body until I was about 26 years old. Like many regular human beings.. I have struggled with nutrition, the relationship I have with my body, and taking up space in the gym (and world). I promise you.. wellness is a challenge worth accepting. I’m already proud of you for finding your way to this website, and wherever you are in your journey: you’re welcome here. Now come sweat with us!

Hi, I’m Katie! I am a native of Richmond, VA who has a passion for all aspects of fitness. I took this passion to Radford University where I studied health and human performance. Shortly after graduating, I put my skills and knowledge to work when I started as a Trainer at Orangetheory Fitness in 2017. Throughout my 5 years and counting with the company, I have instructed clients of every age and fitness level with the intention of moving them one-step closer towards their fitness goals daily.
I believe that improving and strengthening the human body through carefully designed fitness plans is the basis of physical health and overall wellness. I believe that every single person can achieve their top potential with dedication to a consistently implemented plan. Failing to plan is planning to fail. Whether your goal is chasing after your 3 year old grandchild, preparing for that upcoming race , or deadlifting two times your body weight, let me help you break the barriers and build the confidence to get there! Fun Facts: I have a 3 year old lab mix (Logan) who is the light of my life! I am a Baltimore Ravens fan. I love traveling for fitness and fun. I have taught over 5,000 fitness classes from Radford to Richmond
Evelyn grew up doing gymnastics at the Richmond Olympiad. Having this foundation built her body awareness and amazement in all that the body can do. Shifting her focus to volleyball during high school, she chose to continue athletics through college at Christopher Newport University, where she studied nutrition.
Fitness has remained Evelyn's top priority - with the mindset that you can’t perform at your best without a clear mind and a healthy body. After spending time on the road, living in Jackson Hole, WY then Big Island, Hawaii, she was ready to settle back into Richmond with her clear mind to build on her fitness, both physically and mentally. With her own success story, she energizes those around her to help them achieve their goals, too.

Hi, I’m Andrew! I've been on my fitness journey for as long as I can remember. When I was a kid, my dad owned a gym in the Fan called Main Street Nautilus and after years of “growing up in the gym”, I developed a lifelong passion for health and fitness. Now, I love sharing that passion and helping others to be their best selves, inside and outside of the gym. I believe in a balanced approach to fitness and design training programs that are catered to each individual’s fitness goals. I have personal experience as an athlete, in bodybuilding, and Crossfit - and know that there isn't a one-size-fits-all approach to getting stronger, being more fit, and living a better life. Wherever you are in your fitness journey, come train with me!
