How Will Personal Training Help Me Achieve My Goals?
Working with a Personal Trainer provides one-on-one or two-on-one instruction that incorporates exercise screening, goal setting and general health education.  Following a fitness consultation, a challenging but appropriate workout routine will be developed & designed specifically for your individual needs.  Personal training is completely individualized and no two plans will look the same.  As your trainer, we will instruct you on proper lifting technique, introduce you to exercises that target your goals, teach your body to move correctly, and motivate you towards your full potential while always providing accountability every step of the way.  

​Bettering yourself shouldn't be overwhelming or intimidating - we tackle the science, you do the work.

No need to bring workout clothes, this is simply a 'get to know each other' vibe! We will talk about what a customizable program will look like based on the information you provide, making sure it fits YOUR needs and lifestyle. Any questions that you may have will be answered.  You'll have a chance to see the gym to help you better envision what our time together will look like.

​YOUR Personalized Training Program

What To Expect Working With Jordan:
Working with a Trainer allows you to focus solely on you while I do all the behind the scenes work. A personalized training program will be created every 2 weeks with a specific repetition and sequence scheme along with varying levels of intensity. The program will always be based on how you're progressing in and outside of the gym. I'll take on all the logistics and your only job is the start when I say 'start' and stop when I say 'stop,' leaving no room for excuses. While our hour together is important, also expect weekly check-ins on our days off to ensure you're living that healthier lifestyle 24/7.  You will never feel alone in this journey!  


Each Training Session:
Ranging from 1x week to 4x a week, each training session is 55 minutes (unless noted otherwise).  We will start with a 5-10 minute full body warm-up using dynamic stretching and cardiovascular bursts of activity. After the blood gets flowing, we will briefly discuss the theme of the workout (i.e.. balance & mobility, PR days, HIIT, split lifting, etc.). Instruction, guidance, accountability, and critique will be brought to every session. After the days routine is complete, a 5 minute cool-down will follow allowing time for feedback from myself and you.
