Minute To Win It: max reps on Overhead Strict BB Press
Using the prescribed barbell weight, athlete will stand in an upright position and extend the barbell overhead into a full lockout before the bar comes back down for another rep. Athlete may not use a push press technique for more reps. Athlete is allowed to rack the barbell up as a rest but time will continue counting down. For a rep to count once the 1 minute mark has been reached, athlete must be in the full lockout position overhead to qualify for last rep.
