Minute To Win It: max wall balls in 1 minute
Athlete will hold a medicine ball, drop into a squat, then extending upward to throw the ball at designated height outside of NOEX along the brick. Hip crease must be parallel with knee, ball must touch the wall at full height, and athlete must catch the ball on the way down to qualify as a rep. Judge will be the official timer and rep counter. If athlete has released the ball from their hands in an upward motion at the one minute mark, the rep will count.
Women = 8# at 9ft.
Men = 14# at 10ft.
