In teams of 2, complete a 5k using the Concept Ski Erg and Concept Rower for time.


  • A total of 2500m must be completed on the rower
  • A total of 2500m must be completed on the ski erg
  • Waiting athlete must remain OFF the machine until working athlete says "done"
  • Only one athlete allowed to erg at a time
  • Meters do NOT need to be completed all on one machine before moving on; you can alternate usage as long as the grand total equals 2500m for each machine at the finish
  • Rollover meters do not count
  • Meters will only be counted in 25/50/75/100m increments and rounded down (i.e. your 405m effort = 400m, your 288m effort = 275m, your 952m effort = 950m)
  • A judge will record your completed meter intervals and official finish time
