Minute To Win It: Athlete will perform each exercise for 1 minute, getting as many reps as possible for duration of each minute. The total of ALL reps will be their final score. Athlete is ONLY allowed a 0:15 second transition break in-between each exercise.
- Sit Ups (athlete must execute a full sit up, tapping their toes each rep)
- Push Ups (athlete must meet full depth requirement)
- Air Squats (athlete's hip crease must be parallel with knee crease)
